Our mission is to rediscover and enhance the confectionery tradition of our land

In fact, the intuition that we had over thirty years ago is gradually giving the right recognition, determined both for the quality of the raw materials and for the skilful processing, which takes place in the laboratory where all hygiene and food safety standards are observed. requests today.

La Dolciaria specializes in the production of typical Agira and Sicilian sweets.

A characteristic element of our products is the use of local almonds which are given to us by many small producers, we take care of crushing and separating them. In our company we observe all the steps that guarantee the traceability of incoming raw materials, so as to know for each batch of finished product which raw materials have been used and the points of sale where the goods are sold to the public.

 

Traceability is an element of guarantee and safety both for those who produce but above all for those who consume.

History and tradition for over 30 years

Our confectionery offer is very vast; in addition to the aforementioned cassatelle and ravioli, in our laboratory we produce: buccellati, infasciatelli, almond pastries of different flavours, almond and pistachio crunch, mastazzole, baskets of almonds, donuts, baked and fried cannoli peels, chiacchiere, cassatelle al pistachio, pistachio hearts, Nutella half-moons, cantucci, nocatole, strudel and dessert.
